Dr. Jaswinder Brar

BDS, MDent, FRCD(C) - Periodontist

Dr. Jaswinder Brar graduated in dentistry from the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (India) in 2001. After three years of general practice, Dr. Brar enrolled in graduate studies at university of Manitoba, where he received his specialty training in Periodontics. He graduated from the program in 2007 and thereafter also took NBDE exams to get US dental license. He subsequently accepted a teaching position in the graduate Periodontics program, University of Manitoba. He is currently Assistant Professor of Periodontics, and he also works part-time at The Cholakis Dental Implant Centre. As a Board Certified Periodontist, Dr. Brar specializes in conservative treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth.
